Price for gite apartment studio La Mothaye Loire France Anjou

Prices are per week for 2 persons (gite / apartments).

For the Flex stay: the price is per day for 2 persons.

 

Extra person = 10,- p.day or 50,- per week.

 

Arrival day:

Saturday (for the gites),

Sunday (for Calville d'Aout and Giffard),

flexible (for Montigny and Melrose).

Extra costs:

End-cleaning: inlcudes bedlinnen, towels and the end cleaning (see price list).

Extra person: more than two persons? An extra person is € 50,- per week or € 10,- per day.

 

Options:

  • Extra / clean set towels: € 3,50 p.set
  • Extra / clean set bedlinnnen: € 10,- p.set
  • Pool towel: € 2,- p.towel
  • Pet / animal (after consult, max 2, only in Gites possible): € 5,- per day per animal.

 

For a stay more than one week...

from the second week on, every week:

  • free sets clean bed linen and towels for all persons.

 

Beside your own gite, also the terraces and the pool are available for you (in the summer months).

The pool is open from mid May till mid September. Opening times also depends on the wheater conditions.

  • Check in from 16.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs, check out before 10.00 hrs.
  • No smoking in the gites and in the chateau apartments.
  • Baby cot is available on request (free).
  • There is a 150,- euro security deposit.
  • Payments by bank transfer or PayPal. No credit cards accepted. Any bank cost, transfer costs, currancy exchange costs, Paypal costs, etc. are for the client.
  • The reservation is final when the deposit is received.
  • Cancellation less than 12 weeks in advance of your stay is limited possible, see our terms and conditions for details.
